Does Photo Need Signing?
I am submitting the spouse and child settlement applications this week (just returned from UK with bank statements and accommodation documents sorted).
Question.
Is it one or two photos of each applicant and does the photographs need to be signed and/or printed?
Thanks.

Re: Does Photo Need Signing?
They may need biometrics, i.e photo taken in person at a centre outside UK and fingerprints. someone I know applying for fiancee visa to marry british spouse has had to do this whilst applying outside the uk.
Not sure with your application/visa at what stage this is requested but maybe check with home office unless you have info with the application form.

We are applying in the US so will need to attend for biometrics within 5 days of electronic submission. But paper submission includes photo of applicant and I don't know if this needs to be signed or endorsed (like UK passport photos).

of course its hard to find that information- just what you need.... I do not know the answer.
to be on the safe side you could ask a person in position of authority to do it,,, however as you are attending for biometrics it does not make sense to have to endorse photo now!
good luck,
