Date of intended travel
Hi everyone, hope ur well. Just wanted to ask if you apply in July... what date up to can you put your intended date of travel. Wanting to put mid September but not sure whether they will put this on the vignette if visa is approved. Does anyone know?

You can nominate a date up to 6 months ahead of the application date. You can't enter the UK before this date, and must enter within the 30 days after the date. If you don't enter within the 30 days, you'd need to apply for a transfer of visa conditions and there's a fee.

If you apply in July you can select a date in September as your intended date of arrival. If your visa is issued before that date then you'll have 30 days from that date in which to enter the UK. If your visa is issued after that date then you'll have 30 days from the date of issue in which to enter the UK.
