Countersignature on Passport Photo
My friend has signed and mailed back my photo - should receive it today or tomorrow. However, she apparently signed it "True likeness of, etc." and omitted the "I certify that" at the beginning. Does this matter?
I hope she dated it, too!

If your appearance hasn't changed too much since your last PP pic...you don't even need to get it countersigned. If that's the case I wouldn't worry.

Depends on how pedantic the passport office decides to be. It will need to be dated though.
