Default Could someone please give me a checklist for the UK spouse visa

Hey all, just wondering if I could get someone to just go over my paperwork for a UK spouse visa just to make sure I'm on the right track and to let me know if I need anything else.

Financial

12mths payslips
12mths bank statements
Letter from Agency outlining partners work placements as a locum
Letter from former employer in Australia

Is there any sort of financial form that I have to fill out in regards to this?

Accommodation

Tenancy contract with provision for allowing myself to live in the apartment with an approved visa.
Letter from landlord

Do I need the council bill as well?

Proof of Relationship

Tax returns/group certificates which have our former Australian address on them.
Marriage Certificate (been married for 15 years been together for 22years)
Birth certificates of our two children (one is 21 and the other is 15)
10 - 15 photo's (I didn't like getting my photo taken much so I don't have a lot of photo's of us together trust me I'm kicking myself for that)
Letter from Australian GP supporting our relationship
Communication proof from our time being separated

Sponsor

Sponsor letter
Passport

Do I need any other forms?

Applicant (which is me)

Passport
Passport photo's

Do I need to write any letters?
Do I need anything else?
Also would it be helpful to include a letter from our Australian GP that our 15yr son has Aspergers and I am the primary caregiver in the relationship so my husband can concentrate on work.

We only have one shot at this so we really need to get it right first time.

Thanks in advance.

- You need to print off and complete Appendix 2. This provides financial information
- you need to include your receipt number with regard paying the National Health surcharge.

What financial category are you applying under? What is your situation?

Where do I find that?

Category B, my husband is a locum radiographer who does short term contract work through an agency. He is NOT self employed that much we have been told by an immigration specialist.

Yep forgot to include that in the list.

Hey I found the Appendix 2 form, just got a query in regards to asking about children on the form, we have a son together he is living with my husband in the UK do I count him as my "sponsors child" he's my child as well but he can live in the UK because he is German/Australian living with his British/German/Australian parent.

And for the employer do I just put down the agency or do I also need to put down the exact hospital he's currently working at?

Possibly to ensure that number of rooms in the apartment is noted in landlord's consent letter and how many people/ adults/children will be living there. I take it it's just your family and you are not sharing. The authorities want to guard against overcrowding.

The landlord has that covered she has spoken to the inquiry service for landlords renting to international tenants (something along those lines anyway) and will have that all included.
