Default Copy of Entire Passport vs First Page

Hey,
I'm gathering documents for a UK spouse visa for my wife who is a US citizen. I know she will be sending off her passport but I see they are asking for copies of my passport. Does this need to just be the first page or the entire book? Do I include just my current passport or previous expired ones as well? What about for her, does she also need to make copies of her old passports (and entire book or just the bio page? Or just the pages with stamps?) Cannot seem to find any answer to this. Thanks!!

You: just your bio-data page.
Your wife: Everything.
