Company acquisition - is my 6-month financial requirement affected?
Hi there,
I started a new job in February, earning above the financial requirement. After six months my fiancee and I would have been applying for the fiancee visa.
The company I worked for has just been acquired by another, and soon there will be a new work contract to sign. My role and salary are staying the same, but i guess effectively my employer has changed. So does this affect the 6-months of payslips that are required? Does it reset?
