My wife came to uk 2014.we have a one 6montj old baby now.my wife's visa expire on 2016 December.my problem after having baby I actually applied for working tax,child tax benifit.my tax year was 2015 to 2016 April.now I need stop taking benifit.but really worried does it affect in my wife visa extension.

Assuming that you are a British citizen, and you & your child are resident (together) in the UK, I don't see a problem?

What finances did you show to sponsor your wife in 2014? If is was by earning 18.6, then how could you claim Working Tax Credits in 2015? That benefit is based on the previous years income with a disregard and 18.6 is higher than the cap for the couple rate of WTC.

Child Tax Credit claim must be in both names. It is benefit fraud if you claim as a single perspn when you aren't.

Child Benfits claim must be in your name only.
