Hi all,

Im currently going through the spouse visa application.

I know i need to translate my previous divorce Certificate (which is in brazilian portuguese) and our wedding certificate (which will be ready in about 2 months. getting married mid february)

Can anyone give me some advice on this? Timelines and deadlines etc.

Get your certificates done before submitting your visa application, just to be safe.

Oh I know, I'm just wondering about the translations. Do they need to be done by a translator here in the uk? or can they be done in brazil?

I had all mine done abroad, so I think Brazil should be ok.
