Certified passport copy + rented house inspection
Hi all,
Do we need to certify sponsor's + applicant's passport copy?
Is house inspection required for rented house? We have the tenancy agreement, is it enough?
Thank you.

Can we use spouse's saving for financial support? Instead of using sponsor's saving? Thank you so much.

The Applicant needs to submit their original passport, as well as copy.
If the house / flat / apartment is for your own exclusive use, then no inspection is necessary. All you need to do is show that it is enough room for you. Perhaps a plan with dimensions from the lettings agency, photos of all rooms, tenancy agreement, all help to show that there won't be any cause for concern of over-crowding.
