I'm wondering if anyone can provide any insight into this...
I'm hoping to move back to the UK in 2016 with my USC wife, and two kids (who are British citizens, as am I). Me and my wife are lucky enough to have jobs that are likely to let us work remotely from the UK
. So the plan is that we both keep our US jobs, but move to the UK and work remotely.
I've spent some time on the ukba website, but can't find anything that clearly states whether our US income will be considered for the financial requirement. It seems that, if I am a UK resident, it would, but right now I'm not.
Does anyone know if this is a viable scenario?
Thanks in advance!
