Can I work out side the UK if I am on spouse visa?
I need your help and advice please.
I am currently on spouse visa “1st period” .. my question is I have an offer for a perfect job out side the UK, in UAE it’s going to be 6 weeks working out and 3 weeks off (6*3 Rotation) so I will be working 6 weeks out and back for 3 weeks paid days off. The salary will be from UAE and they cut the tax for sure but they will transfer it to my bank account in the UK.
Is is there any chance to make this happen ?
i know that I can’t stay away 180 days in any 12 months.
Any chance to make my absence allowable? I don’t mind if the UK want to cut tax from the salary too.
i mean can I inform the UK gov that I have work and I want you to cut your tax from this salary and give me a permission to travel to work?
And who to inform and how ?

Sounds like you are intending to 'negotiate' with the Government to take taxes from overseas earnings and bend the immigration rules to allow you to work overseas while on a spouse visa........ good luck with that.
