Hello Everyone,

I just have a few questions, that I need some answers to, if anyone can help.

I married my Husband 18 months ago in Jamaica and we would now like to apply for his Visa.
We have not seen each other since our marriage due to Covid first & now my health, will this affect our application in any way??
How do we go about applying for the Visa & is it better to get legal representation?
Also we will now be applying under the Adequate maintenance grounds as I am no longer working due to my health.

If you receive the necessary recognised benefits then you may be eligible to apply under Adequate Maintenance and Accommodation - see website above

You will need to show considerable communication throughout the 18 months that you have not seen one another. ie prove a genuine relationship
