British Nationality for 1 year old kid
 

I want to apply for British Cizizenship for my one year Daughter.
I am French Nationality and my Wife is Srilankan Nationality.
I have the settled status in the UK since 17.10.2019.

My settles status says "If a child is born you to in the UK while you have settles status, they will be a British citizen automatically at birth".
But my kid was born before I got my settled status, she was born on 07.09.20. Does this means she doesn't have the British Nationality at birth?

Can my daughter still apply for British Nationality with my current settled status or I have to get British Nationality if I want to apply for a British Nationality for my daughter?

Settled status since 17.10.2019

Kid born before I got my settle status.. she was born on 07.09.20 ??

If your daughter was born before you received settled status and your wife did not hold ILR then you will need to register your daughter as a British citizen.
