Hi,seek your kind help and advice on my family history background whether do I got any chances to link with British Nationality.

1) My great maternal grandfather was born in a colony and later he join crown service as British Army.
2) My grandmother was born on around year 1929 in a colony
3) My father was born on 1951 in a colony (My Great Grandfather was in British Army when my father was born)
4) The colony has gained independence on year 1959
5) My great grandfather still continue working with British Army even after Independence till retired around mid 1970s and received pensions payout.
6) Myself was born on 1979

Do my father still holds CUKC status after Independence while having his grandfather still work as Crown Service in the british Army even after Independence. Seek your kind advice on these....
