Born in the British India in 1936
Hi,
Need some suggestions.
My father was born in 1936 in British India to Indian parents who were also born in British India. He has lived in the same place throughout his life, and he is interested in exploring ways to figure out if he is still eligible for British Citizenship.
He is a retired Professor.
He has never applied for any passport of any country, and does not hold one.
Can anyone please suggest?

Unless your father has some connection to the UK then he is solely an Indian citizen.
