Default Birth Certificate

Hi all
I am getting all of my documents together to apply for British passports for my two kids. I was wondering if I could send one copy of my birth certificate for both applications or if I have to get another copy made? Another thing that seems a bit unclear is whether I need to make a copy of their entire american passport or just the photo page.
Thanks

If they're going together in the same package then one copy should suffice. Officially it's all pages but they aren't going to refuse the application if you only send their biodata pages (or none at all for that matter).
