Bank account - savings route- account holder
Hi,
I just want some clarification around something as I’m getting worried after reading something on another forum.
I am the sponsor, I’m the british citizen. My husband is the applicant, he is Canadian.
i hold the 62,500 in a UK bank account solely in my name. My spouses name is NOT on the bank account. Is that an issue??
I was always under the understanding that it has to be in the sponsors name or in both (aka joint account) but now I’ve read otherwise and am getting worried.
