Awaiting court decision
 

My visa got rejected because of incorrect bank details so I appealed.i had another court date in August but it got ajurned to December 5th. The judge said it's a very interesting case and she'll have to think hard about it. It's only the 25th day since the hearing but it's killing me waiting for the decision every morning I check the post hoping it will be here. I currently don't have the right to work so times are very hard and I'm applying for the 10 years residency but there was a short gap due to late application. I previously saved up 50k for the entrepreneur visa but got rejected and now I don't have any money left! If I am granted it how long till I get my right to work back?

More likely a tribunal hearing for appeals.

No way to forecast how long the appeal will take.
