Hi everyone,

I am looking for a bit of advice about applying for a fiance visa for my partner to join me in the uk.

We are very confused by all the appendix and jargon used on the government website so would feel much more comfortable hearing from previous applicants experiences

Here is what we currently understand

Financial requirements;
Copy of P60 Tax return for latest year
Copy of previous 6 month pay slips

Are bank statements also needed? As I earn above the £18,600 requirement.

Supporting evidence;
Photographs together, dated and location
Transcripts of conversations together on skype
Photocopies of my passport showing stamps etc

Accommodation evidence;
Letter from my sister to say we will rent her house
Photographs of the house to prove suitablity

Intention to marry;
Provisional booking at registry office in uk
