Default Application submission

Hello.
I wanted to thank everyone here who’s helped us tremendously already. We really appreciate it.
However, I still have a few questions.

My husband and I decided to go with an immigration lawyer (based in the UK.) He’s filled out our application (draft) and states he will submit it online there? Is that ok? I was under the impression that I had to submit it from here in the states? (Enable panic mode.. it wanted to spell pancake lol.. if only)

Also I don’t know if the VFS website is being glitchy but it states that here in Texas we have a “Premium Office.” But then it says the settlement isn’t available. So will I have to attend my appointment some place that does the “Priority service”?

Just when thought we had it all figured out.

kind regards & thanks in advance

The Houston Premium Application Centre doesn't offer the priority visa service. See here, you'll need to choose another centre if you wish to purchase the priority service https://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/us/en/premium-services I'm surprised that your immigration lawyer didn't advise you of this.

No he didn't tell us. All he mentioned is that I would have to mail my stuff off.

SoS can you also tell me if its ok for him to apply for me online?
