Whew, I can understand now why so many people were confused. I was wanting to print out the application (from Canada) for my spouse visa so that I could fill it in first as a "practice run" so not to stop while I seek help or ask questions and every time I try I get Visa4u and have to pay health surcharge but I am not ready to make the appointment yet as I need a date from removals first in case the date conflicts with my biometrics appointment. This is the page I eventually found is is the correct one?

It looks right but they seem to change their pages so often! Each time I visit it looks different!
