Accomodation query

Im living with my parents, family of 5 and if my husband is granted visa he will be the 6th, we have a 3 bedroom house, with an attic, making it 4. However the attic is not mentioned on our title deeds as it was privately built. Will 3 bedrooms suffice for 6 people?
