Default Accomodation evidences for spouse visa extension

Hello all,
I hope everybody should be doing well whilst be cautious than ever before. I have got a question over how best the accomodation requirement can be fulfilled when you are planning to renew your spouse visa given a situation where both (sponsor + applicant) are named on the tenancy agreement which now has expired but automatically got converted into statutory periodic contract. In the light of this, would following evidences would be suffice which commonsensically should be the case.

1. Expired joint named tenancy agreement
2. Council tax bills & plenty of joint named bills on same address.
3. Deposit protection certification in joint names.

Yes. You might want to include a letter stating you are now on a month to month contract .....

Many thanks for this valued input. But won't it be equally effective too by not supplying such letter confirming the present state of tenancy as the estate agent is bit aversive in doing so, albeit can confirm the UKVI's enquiry.
