Accommodation requirement question
Hello all,
Apologies if this question has been asked recently,
We will be using my in-laws house to meet the accommodation requirement for the UK spouse visa.
I have read that we need to obtain a housing report, preferably done by a surveyor, is that accurate? Our will the deed for the house be enough?
Also, for the parent letter stating that we are allowed to stay in their house, does that need to be signed by both owners? My father-in-law, sadly, is incapacitated and will be unable to sign.
Thank you
