hi evrey one
For rented accommodation, obviously a tenancy agreement is required. However, some believe (i.e. it is not officially stated) that a tenancy agreement must have at least 6 months of time left to run on it at the time of the application. What are people's opinions/experiences on this?
i have 6 monthes tenancy agreement but by the time of my visa application i probably will have 4 monthes remaining in my lease is that ok ? or do u think it will cause me any problems??

hi evreyone

im applying for flr m soon and i have question regarding my rent payment.
i normaly pay my rent by set up standing order so the first 3 monthes i payed 1000 pnd evrey month . in the fourth month i payed the rent by credit card only because the landlord wanted to change the date of the rent payment and i didint have enough money so i payed it by my credit card.
so do i have to explain all this in my visa application and show the credit card payment as evidence . or i dosent matter the eco will look just at the tenecy agreement ??

im only worried when the eco look at my bank statment and see that payment of the rent of the fourth month is not showing on my bank statment .
thanks for your time
