Accommodation question

I'll be applying for my wife and daughter's FLR (M) visa next year August, we are planning on renting a 1 bedroom flat. Will that be okay? Won't it be overcrowded? My daughter is going to be 7 years old by the time we apply.

As long as there is another room (living room) which can be used as a sleeping area, you'll be OK
