Hi I m applying for my partner for spouse visa in forum they wants my previous partner date of birth we not together for last 11 years so I don't remember her date of birth didn't have any contact with her tried my best to get her DOB but no luck what do can I leave DOB column empty or put some random DOB.

If you can leave it blank then do so. If not then put your best guess and make a note saying you’re not sure of her exact DOB.
