My husband got paid £9.50/hr. There is increased rate of pay (inclusive holiday pay entitlement) become £10.88/hr.
is holiday pay included on gross salary if paid each week when not actually taking holiday? Thanks |

That is perhaps a bit prototypical case where someone is being paid his annual leave through a increased pay rate instead in hours/days. But if this will be confirmed in employer letter and would have been paid until the date of application then should be considered.
