2 Q about ILR - Payday date and Banks - Thanks
Hi
About 2 years ago, when I applied for my wife's extension visa, I sent PDF digital from online banking without any stamp or any letter from the bank and had no issue and got her visa.
Now I noticed the bank statements need to be stamped and authenticated by the bank.
Q1: I have my original bank statements sent by post every month in the last 2 years, do I need to ask the bank to stamp and authenticate every single page? also Do I need a letter from them that confirms that bank statements are genuine .. etc?
Q2: In my contract from work, I have the payday on 28 of each month and I have my salary in my account either on 28 or 1 or 2 days early if 28 was on weekend however this dates are not matched with payment date in payslip as their accountant usually put payday on last day of each month. Is this may causing any issues for my wife's ILR application?
Thanks
