10-year route as UK spouse
Does the 10-year route only apply to those seeking FLRM? You can't apply for the 10-year route from outside the UK as your initial spouse visa, right? You still need to meet the Minimum Income Requirement?

Thanks Correct, YOU cannot apply for the 10 year route and Yes, you need to meet the minimum financial requirements to apply for, say, a spouse visa. |

A FLRFP visa under 10 years of route is only issued from UK where if the applicant has exceptional and insurmountable obstacles in relocating outside of UK. Conversely, if someone is living abroad and applying it from there then it means he/she hasn't got any exceptional reason, thus have to meet the all standardized primitive requirements.
