Staying in HK for longer time than 3 months and working
Hi ! It's my 1st post here and my question may be stupid for you.
I visit HK in February for 3 weeks !
I was started to be interested in living in Hongkong for longer time than 3 months.
Of course a job. My visa will be for 3 months and it will let for visiting HK as a tourist person.
Is it possible to find job for person like me ? (no special visa for work)
Even a casual work because of staying in HK for long time is expensive !
What do I have to do in order to stay there for longer time. (Probably find legal job and get special visa for it!)
Is it good idea to look for jobs for example in pubs, restaurants etc ?...

I am afraid you will not be able to pick up any legal casual work. Before 1997 British citizens were able to do this without a working visa but after the handover to China this was stopped. To work in Hong Kong you will need to have a work permit.

If you hold a British, Irish, French or German passport you should look at the Working Holiday Visa.
