This is like that movie Hangover Part II where the guy gets a Mike Tyson face tattoo after getting drunk.

But it almost looks like it was done with a felt-marker pen.

If real, maybe someone could come up with a creative way to change the script into "I am an drunken moron".

BTW the flag on his chin doesn't look so much as the Taiwanese flag but that of Nigeria!
