British Expats - IT jobs in Colombia

How is your Spanish as that will have a huge impact on your success in finding a job over here.

If you look at the local company websites, a lot of them point their Careers sections towards www.elempleo.com.co.

But to be fair, if you're emailing blind, from abroad, in English, then your chances will be pretty slim.

How I did it was to use our firms internal global careers portal, found someone in another South American country who had a friend working in our office in Bogota and the rest was relatively straightforward... but I work in Professional Services and have no idea regarding IT jobs...
