Primary teaching jobs in grand cayman
Hi there,
Planning to move from Ireland to the Cayman Islands in July 2016. Has anybody got any advice on how to best go about this? Do schools advertise independently or is there a recruiter etc? Also what are the tea hing benefits, are flights normally included? Thanks Eimear |

Took me 10 seconds to find this;
https://www.teachaway.com/teach-in-cayman-islands Seems full of good advice and I think answers your questions. Remember, dear old google is on your side! |
Re: Primary teaching jobs in grand cayman
Also, several of my posts here have recommended the "New Resident Cayman" online magazine as a useful source of information on Cayman. One thing, before I go: better to think in terms of hoping to move to Cayman rather than planning. You can't just turn up and hunt for jobs.

Thank you for your quick replies!
I've found both websites, teachaway has no Cayman Islands teaching jobs advertised yet anyway! Cayman new resident is great too, has highlighted how to find school which are hiring atm. My boyfriend has a job over there, so hoping to have work before I go over so that I won't have look when I get over as I've heard it can be difficult to secure work Thanks |

How did you find the job search as a teacher? My fiance has applied for two jobs amd we're really hoping it works out. She has 7 years primary experience in an Irish school. I am seeking an internal transfer in work to the Cayman offices of the company. Would be really interested to get your thoughts since your move. Thanks in advance JM |
