Mortgage Rate Cayman
 

Hi There,

I am moving to Cayman islands in a few months and I have seen a house I liked, i searched the banks websites but I couldn't find a current interest rate offered. If i put down 30% deposit what rate could I expect for a 5 year fix?

The interest rate at the moment is about 6.25% p.a. ("prime" plus 3%). Using that figure, I think you can probably figure out the monthly repayment; there's a formula for that, I think.
