Have you bought a property to let? Can you give your advice?
 

Hi

I am looking to buy a residential property to let out in the Cayman Islands.

Was wondering if there was anyone who could share their experience? Or give their advice to first time buyer?

If you were doing it again, would you? What would you do differently?

What were mistakes you made?
What have you learnt?
Would you buy now if you could?

Any advice/views/opinions are greatly appreciated

For those 125 viewers of this thread who might be wondering why Jess has received no answer from me (since I answer most questions about Cayman), let me say that I have answered her on another forum. If anybody wants other questions answered, by all means post them.

Things are becoming excessive when one has to apologise for not replying on a forum, are you getting enough vitamins D and A?

Thats D from sunlight and A from alcohol [thats where it comes from my barman tells me.]
