Who are the best for flying back to the UK, see BA do direct but is cheaper to go via the states, my wife would be looking to fly back two or three times a year for a week or so.

The main advantage for us in flying direct (via Nassau) is that we miss the dreaded TSA molesters, but before they started doing their thing we always preferred flying American via Miami. They're a great airline. There are other carriers who fly from GCM to London via Charlotte and Atlanta, I think. Ask your travel agent about them.
