Cayman's culture of entitlement
 
A major concern here is the level of unemployment among local Caymanians. The popular claim by the unemployed and their families, and the politicians, is that expats are prejudiced against locals; in reality, all employers are, whether expat or Caymanian.

So how high is local unemployment? Must be considerable if its such a big concern?
