I now have a car. $2100 for an 18 year old CR-V that you wouldn't give tuppence ha'penny for in the UK. He wanted $2800 for it!!!!!

Ah well, good luck with it. My wife and I have two 1997 Toyota Windoms; the lower-mileage one is probably worth $2500 on the street - but there's no point in selling a good car, no matter how old it is! They're "deportees" brought in from Japan.
