22 year old graduate moving in September

I have been to your fabulous island before so I know my way round a little.

I have a new job with a private trading company and I arrive in a few weeks.

My questions are

Is there many other graduates such as myself on the island or is it mostly older people working out there?

Can any do you advise me on where to live or anyone looking to rent their property/room?

Is it worth travelling to nearby islands in my spare time? I love to travel.

I need a car and would prefer to lease or finance, will I be able to do this with me having a new job and being a new resident?

Thanks in advance.

Normally, employers put new arrivals up in hotels for a week or two and lend them cars so they can suss out places to rent. Also, the employers are normally the best people to answer your other questions.

There are 50,000 people on this island, of whom 30,000 are expats - some young, some old. Read as much as you can about Cayman on blogsites and forums and don't worry about fitting in.
