Rabies

Is rabies in existance on all caribbean islands or only a few? I know its inst lucia and grenada, where its carried by mongoose, that occasionally bite dogs which very occasionally bite people though the vaccine is available...

You dont hear of it much, but people are warned not to approach mongoose.
