Default netherlands antilles

The Netherlands Antilles is scheduled to be dissolved as a unified political entity on October 10, 2010, so that the five constituent islands will attain new constitutional statuses within the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

So, this must mean that Bonaire, Saba and St Eustatius will become part of the EU?

Does this happen immediately on the OCT 10th 2010 or do they need some kind of period to be added to the EU?

The reason I ask is because this appeared to have stalled in 2008 and was supposed to happen some time this year. I guess that they've decided on what to do and it'll happen next year instead.

Although most people I have seen wanting to get extremely easy transition into a caribbean country have been going to st martin (french) and st marteen (the other half of the same island) is not going to be part of the EU, i guess the other places will become popular too.

Anyone planning on going over?
