Default Need Feedback - Am Considering Home Exchange in St Lucia

We have a three bed-roomed two bath ranch house on just over an acre with a pool on the edge of the rain-forest in the Roseau Valley near Marigot Bay.

We are thinking of possibly doing exchanges into the UK, France, Belgium and Netherlands on the Homelink model* during the months of July and August 2012 for starters. Could be longer.

We would provide all on-going grounds keeping services and 4x4 diesel car (subject to insurer approval) at this end and expect similar at the other end.

*We would build a relationship (swap pictures etc.etc.) with intended swappers so that they and we are absolutely clear as to what is involved.

Initially we need feed-back.
