you will have 2 deductions, one is NIB the other NHIB.

NHIB is pretty good to be honest, you pay the first $10 if you're at hospital etc. i have friends that have used it successfully for knee operations and they were flown to cayman to a decent surgeon. I also have my own private health insurance as well so i guess it depends on your age and current state of health? my private insurance is $260 a month through CignaGlobal and its worldwide excluding USA
