Absolutely horrified to hear the news from the Dominican Republic that British author Linsey de Feliz was found murdered - strangled and decapitated, then buried in her own garden. Looks like her husband and stepson are involved from first reports in the British press. I was a subscriber to her blog and she wrote so well, felt like I knew all of her family so am shocked at these events. RIP Linsey and Danilo, if you are responsible, may you rot in hell.

She was one of the best bloggers publishing, and had a very broad range of fans - across the world, I expect. I looked forward to reading her latest report every month. I'm surprised she was well enough known to hit the Daily Mail (link below). We can only hope that it was not Danilo and one of his step-sons who killed her.
