Default Caribbean cooking pgtips style Pt 1

First you get out the dutch pot (see pic)
Then chuck in the seasoned chicken leave to fry in a little oil turning often until brown. (see pics).

OK you will get the rest later because this computer is moving so slow now.

Ok, lets throw some rice and peas into the pot now. (see pics)
Of course add some extra water and salt to suit your taste. (Go easy on the salt we don't want know high blood pressure here

Now just leave to boil for 20 or so minutes (check it regular though, I don't want no burnt food.

Ok this is how it looks finished ready to eat.

Just PM me if you want full recipe and method I use to get it this delicious.

I'm going to have to call foul. You can't make rice in the West Indies w/o bun-bun.
