Caribbean, Bonaire! Anyone?

Hi! I'm moving to Bonaire and have NO info, web pages I have viewed are limited... Is there an English speaking primary school? What is the tax on income? Is it safe, (i.e. No nasty drug scene...) Looks beautiful and any info wld be welcome... Ta
