Abaco the other Bahamas.

We have a place in the Algarve in Portugal that we rent out to British people when we are not there.

It rents very well and we make a decent profit from it.

Because we live in the US we wanted to also get a place a little closer.

I have a friend who has a wonderful place in the Bahamas Abaco cays. His is on Man-o-war island.

I have lost touch with him so I can’t ask him for advice.

My question is this. Is there a big interest on the part of British holiday makers in renting in the Bahamas? And the Abacos in particular?

We need to know if there is a market before we spend our money.

It is an unusual setup since you need a boat to do anything in that area (we provide the boat).

Any ideas?
