Red face Our first canniversary

Well today marks the date of our adventure to Canada. It's been a good year all in all and we have settled in nicely. It did take a few months but I now feel here is where we will be for some time. Things got better once I got a job and could fill some hours away from the chores!
We will shortly be filling out the paperwork for PR and then we will have more time to decide longer term plans. Canada has its pluses and minuses but we are happy here now.
For those who feel like I felt those first few months, my advice is to hang in there! Either it has got better or I have given up caring!
Still hate Tim Hortons (apart from their doughnuts!) so still haven't gone all Canadian yet! That and the awful Root Beer which many people seem to love..!
Enjoying life. Here's to continued happy times in VI.

Congratulations on your first year Anniversary. Good to hear that you are settled.
We have been here just over a year too and I am yet to have a taste of Tim Hortons or root beer

Good luck for the next years to come.

Yes, it virtually is. But you have to share it.
