Well I find it hard to believe we've been in Canada for a full year, it's gone by so quickly. We've all really settle, OH, me and the 3 kids. It's been event full, the kids have changed schools three times, I didn't plan on that happening, but they all coped very well with this. They won't be changing schools again hopefully. OH has found a very good job, with good benefits. We've moved in to our own home after five weeks of being here, I think this helped us all settle really quickly. I can't wait to see what this next year brings.

It does go quickly doesn't it? If next spring comes as fast I'll be delighted! Well done, I think that 'first' year bit has got to be the hardest bit and it will all start to get easier from now

I'm hoping it gets easier, although I've not missed anything as much as I thought I would. I am very close to my family and I've not missed them as much as I expected, even at special occasions.
